Has had performance issues

On my 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2GB of DDR3 RAM, this app has failed to complete one conversion. I realize this is not the top of the libe hardware, but as of yet, it hasnt been simply slow, it has failed each conversion with "A conversion error has occured".
I still have high hopes!
